The metal sintered abrasive sleeve is manufactured by uniformly mixing superhard abrasives (such as diamond or cubic boron nitride), metal powder, and binders in specific proportions, then pressing them into shape and sintering at high temperatures. After sintering, the product undergoes multiple stages of precision machining. The abrasive particles are uniformly distributed throughout the sintered body, forming a structure with multiple layers of abrasives. As the surface abrasives wear, new abrasive particles are gradually exposed, ensuring the tool maintains stable cutting performance and a high surface finish during use.
